- Contributed to 20+ policy management and cybersecurity governance activities.
- Supported SOC operations through SIEM monitoring, review, analysis, and investigation of daily security events and alerts.
- Gained exposure to DLP, MDM, PAM, IAM, VAPT, WAF, and XDR technologies.
- Managed Active Directory user accounts and permissions, password resets, access support, troubleshooting, backup procedures, and employee onboarding.
